About The Company:
The working venue is in South Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Building Materials company. Currently, they are looking for Order Admin.
Job Responsibilities:
Create Purchase Orders (PO) to factory based on Sales Orders (SO)
Generate Delivery Orders (DO) upon SO completion
Coordinate with third-party vendors, factories, customers, and delivery service providers
Arrange sample board and wet sample requests; update the daily sample list report
Monitor production by forecasting orders and comparing them with current database
Request import prices from overseas office and calculate final buying price, including import charges
Cross-check invoices and payments in coordination with finance team
Prepare monthly reports using Excel (sourced from PO, SO, and invoice data)
Utilize Kintone to support logistics and administrative operations
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree graduate
High conversational English or above
Min. 2 years experience as Order Admin, Sales Admin, Logistics Admin, Business Admin, or Project Admin in Trading or Construction company (preferably from Building Materials)
Able to use Kintone
