Procurement Specialist
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join PT CARSURIN Tbk' as a Procurement Specialist. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, goods and services to support the operations of this leading TIC company. In this full-time role based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective supply of resources to the business.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs
Negotiating favourable contract terms and pricing with suppliers
Preparing and issuing purchase orders and monitoring supplier performance
Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities and expenditures
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements
Implementing and enforcing procurement policies and procedures
Continuously seeking ways to optimise the procurement process and reduce costs
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience working in a procurement or supply chain role
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in using procurement software and data analysis tools
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations and best practices
