Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan SMA/SMK, dan Maksimal D3 Teknik Industri, Mesin, Manufaktur.
Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama atau sebagai leader (lulusan SMA/SMK), dan Fresgraduated untuk D3.
Memiliki kemampuan analisa, berhitung dan leadership yang kuat.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem waktu kerja Shifting (3 shifts).
Bersedia untuk penempatan kerja di kawasan industri cikupamas,Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Mengatur dan memastikan kesiapan tenaga kerja, mesin, serta bahan baku dilapangan.
Melakukan monitoring proses produksi.
Memastikan pencapaian target kerja di shift yang berjalan.
Memastikan kelengkapan alat kerja / safety karyawan.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan Unit head terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan.
