Manage and support the implementation of performance management and KPI systems as the basis for training and development programs.
Execute and monitor the company-wide competency framework and career path implementation.
Administer and manage talent mapping processes (9-Box), including data preparation and analysis.
Manage training, onboarding, and employee development programs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for both hard and soft skills.
Prepare reports on the implementation and effectiveness of all employee development programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Training & Development or a related HR role.
Strong knowledge of training and learning program design, competency-based development, career path and Individual Development Plan (IDP), assessment tools, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning evaluation, and HR data analysis and reporting.
Able to work efficiently, accurately, and with strong attention to detail.
Experience in F&B, Manufacturing, or Beauty industry is a plus.
