Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure the smooth execution of Production Orders (PDO) related to valve products.
Collaborate with design and production teams to support engineering requirements.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications for valve types including Ball, Gate, Globe, and Check valves.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the production and testing phases.
Ensure that products comply with industry standards and customer specifications.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.
Understand instrument actuators and actuator installation processes.
Support engineering activities involving SDV (Shutdown Valve), BDV (Blowdown Valve), and MOV (Motor Operated Valve).
Conduct reverse engineering for valve products and create both 3D and 2D designs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or a related field).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mid-Level Valve Engineer in the valve manufacturing industry (mandatory).
Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or EPC industry is highly preferred.
Proficient in using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Strong knowledge of industrial valve products, especially Ball, Gate, Globe, and Check types.
Good understanding of instrument actuators, actuator installation, and SDV/BDV/MOV applications.
Must be fluent in English, both spoken, and written.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
