Provide administrative support to the Sales/Project team to ensure smooth sales and project operations.
Prepare, manage, and archive documents related to sales and project activities.
Create and process quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and cooperation contracts.
Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Building Drawing / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin or Project Admin.
Experience in handling sales administration and project reporting is a plus.
Able to read project drawings to cross-check with Purchase Orders (PO) and related documents.
Able to understand and monitor project work progress based on reports, drawings, and related documents.
Accustomed to working under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to type quickly.
Good communication and coordination skills.
