We are looking for a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee and manage daily purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services at optimal cost, quality, and delivery standards. This role will supervise purchasing operations, coordinate with internal departments and suppliers, and support cost control and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure procurement processes run smoothly
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best pricing, quality, and terms
Prepare and review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documentation
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and contract compliance
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure procurement needs are met
Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
Handle supplier issues, discrepancies, and claims effectively
Assist management in purchasing planning and budgeting
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior role
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Good understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and cost control
Able to supervise and guide purchasing staff
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing/ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong integrity
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Experience in F&B is an advantage
