Customer Service Export - Intern
Job Description :
Receive and process export orders from international customers.
Check order details and enter data into the system.
Prepare basic export documents (invoice, packing list, etc.).
Coordinate shipment schedules with internal teams and forwarders.
Monitor shipment status and give updates to customers and teams.
Respond to customer questions about orders and shipments.
File order and shipment documents properly.
Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports.
Support process improvement projects.
Do data entry and checking as needed.
Qualifications :
Active student or fresh graduate in Business, Logistics, Management, or related fields.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
Interested in logistics, supply chain, and international trade.
Familiar with trading processes is a plus
