About the role
We are seeking an experienced EXIM Executive to join our team. In this full-time position based in Cipondoh, Tangerang, you will play a crucial role in driving our international trade and managing our export-import operations. With a focus on finding new sales channel and revenue.
What you'll be doing
Maintain our company profiles in all trade networks
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our client base and secure new business opportunities
Prepare and process all necessary documentation for export and import transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Assist clients in navigating customs clearance, logistics, and other operational requirements for their international trade activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of our EXIM operations
Stay up-to-date with changes in trade policies, regulations, and industry best practices to provide clients with the most current and relevant information
What we're looking for
Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of experience in an EXIM or international trade-related role, preferably within the sales or business development domain
Strong understanding of export and import procedures, customs regulations, and logistics management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients
Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as international business, logistics, or trade management
Will only be accepting candidates who are native speakers of English
Proficent in Mandarin is a plus
