The Company:
Fett Music is a young, ambitious & international music management company based in Germany and Bali. Our two business scopes are artist & copyright royalty management. On the copyright side, we work with about 80 artists from different genres and collect their copyright royalties.
We appreciate a harmonious atmosphere and support working remotely whenever it makes sense for the company. In Berlin, Germany, we have an office space and in Bali, Indonesia, we use to work at a co-working space. Our team operates in a dynamic international setting, with members based in Indonesia and Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Music Data Administrator to join our Royalty Department team. As part of our commitment to ensuring that our artists receive their rightful copyright royalties, this role involves various tasks that require extensive work on a computer. You will be responsible for monitoring, gathering and meticulously comparing music usage and settlement data. These activities play a crucial role in preparing data for submission to copyright collection societies worldwide. Part of your work will involve updating databases of song metadata.
While specific prior knowledge of copyright is not prerequisite for this position, we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills for the diverse tasks involved.

Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome; working experience or studies in any data related fields are preferred.
You are proficient in spreadsheet applications (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SQL, data visualization tools, combining data from multiple sources, maintaining and analyzing large sets of data are appreciated.
You have a keen perception and an eye for detail. You are well organized, very reliable, like data to be neat and tidy and can keep track of things.
You are self-motivated, open minded, communicative & international-thinking, and passionate about data and analysis.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
German language skills are a major advantage. An affinity for languages is desirable as you will be working with song titles and usage data in diverse languages (currently mostly in German & English).
Currently based in Bali (or willing to move to Bali).
