Sales Staff

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, maximum age 30 years old

2. Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

3. At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in the automotive industry

4. Proven leadership skills and a strong drive for achieving sales goals

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office

7. Possess a valid driver’s license (preferred)

8. English is must

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales

• Create accurate sales quotations based on client requirements, and coordinate with internal departments to manage production preparation and scheduling.

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities. Provide insights to support sales strategies.

• Communicate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery, order accuracy, and production alignment.

• Provide regular reports to management regarding supply chain and vendor performance.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations

• Prepare sales reports and market analysis for upper management

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
