Position Summary

The Technology Sales Outreach Executive supports the country sales organization by identifying potential customers and initiating early-stage conversations around cloud solutions. The role emphasizes research-driven outreach, structured lead qualification, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients and build segmented outreach lists

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications with potential customers

  • Understand customer pain points and position relevant cloud solutions

  • Qualify leads and assess readiness for sales engagement

  • Coordinate meeting scheduling between prospects and sales representatives

  • Support campaign-driven and event-driven lead acquisition activities

  • Track prospect engagement and update CRM records consistently

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and solution teams to align messaging

Requirements

  • Background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred

  • Familiarity with IT services or cloud concepts is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain persistent and professional in challenging conversations

  • High learning agility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
