The Technology Sales Outreach Executive supports the country sales organization by identifying potential customers and initiating early-stage conversations around cloud solutions. The role emphasizes research-driven outreach, structured lead qualification, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Identify prospective clients and build segmented outreach lists
Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications with potential customers
Understand customer pain points and position relevant cloud solutions
Qualify leads and assess readiness for sales engagement
Coordinate meeting scheduling between prospects and sales representatives
Support campaign-driven and event-driven lead acquisition activities
Track prospect engagement and update CRM records consistently
Collaborate closely with marketing and solution teams to align messaging
Background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred
Familiarity with IT services or cloud concepts is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain persistent and professional in challenging conversations
High learning agility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
