Staff PE (Mold) Office

• Design, develop, and implement efficient moulding processes that meet production and quality requirements

• Conduct failure analyses and provide engineering solutions to resolve manufacturing issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to moulding operations

• Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure consistent product quality

• Develop and maintain documentation related to moulding processes, including standard operating procedures and technical specifications

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in moulding technology

What we're looking for

• Diploma degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools, such as CAD, FEA, and simulation software

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
