Maintenance Staff

Qualifications:

• 25-30 y.o

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawings.

• Familiar with AutoCAD (a plus).

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must be willing to work in Karawang

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

Responsibilties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, or building facilities.

• Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests from other departments.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all systems (electrical, WWTP, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) function properly.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and equipment.
