We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / All-Rounder to support our villa management operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks across projects, operations, and guest-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor ongoing villa projects (maintenance, renovation, and operational tasks)
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time
Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks related to villa management
Support procurement and follow up on materials or service requirements
Handle guest communication when required, including responding to inquiries, coordinating requests, and resolving minor issues professionally
Prepare basic reports and updates on project progress and operational activities
Ensure tasks are executed in line with company standards and timelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in project coordination, villa management, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable communicating with guests in a professional manner
Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, documentation)
Proficiency in English is an advantage
