Admin Support (Invoice)
Responsibilities:
Check sales order and input order by system
Handling sales invoice and administration
Check and update delivery order status to sales
Share and check stock to sales
Check shipping Grab and Tiki
Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree with any major, preferably accounting, management
Proficient in using the Ecount ERP system
Able to work independently as well as a team
Can work under pressure
Have high responsibility, Integrity & honesty
Computer literate, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good attitude, communicative, detail and always willing to work
