Production Leader

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing).

• Completed COVID-19 vaccinations (1st, 2nd doses, and booster).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Leader/Team Leader in a manufacturing company (preferably in the automotive sector).

• Skilled in problem analysis (Problem Line).

• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to reside in the Karawang area.

• Experience managing a team of at least 20 people in previous roles.

Required Skills:

• Understanding and ability to set up CNC programs (Milling & Lathe).

• Capability to create and implement work instructions.

• Experience participating in or initiating challenge activities.

• Knowledge of ISO and IATF procedures.

• Familiarity with Japanese company culture and work ethic.

• Strong social and organizational skills.
