Jobdesc:
Execute and optimize advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok GMV Max based on given strategies.
Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze results, and scale winning creatives from in-house, KOL, and affiliate sources.
Manage GMV Max performance by amplifying high–purchase-signal content and excluding underperforming creatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date ads data, databases, and documentation for reporting and forecasting.
Coordinate boost codes, content editing needs, and cross-platform ad implementation with relevant teams.
Ensure smooth budget operations by submitting timely top-up requests and collaborating with finance and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data handling and organization skills.
Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data patterns and interpret performance contextually.
Hands-on experience with advertising platforms:
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads Manager
TikTok GMV Max
Shopee Ads (strong advantage)
Capable of using Looker Studio to review and interpret performance dashboards.
Comfortable working with structured processes, reporting standards, and cross-functional teams.
Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and accountability in data management.
