Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Port and Shipping Management, Talent Digital Marketing, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment Crewing or Shipping Industry.
Good Knowledge of crew documentation and maritime regulations, Preferred knowledge of mandatory STCW certifications, Seafarer’s Employment T&C, MLC 2006.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, applications.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proper command of English, both written and spoken.
