Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term partnerships.
Purchase Management: Create and manage purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Supplier Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
Inventory Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and monitor delivery OTIF.
Reporting: Prepare procurement reports, track KPIs, and provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferable having working experience in MNC companies
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and local government regulation.
