Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term partnerships.

  • Purchase Management: Create and manage purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Supplier Performance: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

  • Inventory Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and monitor delivery OTIF.

  • Reporting: Prepare procurement reports, track KPIs, and provide insights for decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferable having working experience in MNC companies

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and local government regulation.
