Handle sea and air freight export customer service.
Coordinate with customers, overseas branches, carriers, and internal departments to develop shipment plans and ensure smooth operations.
Make bookings and confirm cargo space with airlines, shipping lines, and co-loaders.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, input data into the logistics system, issue invoices, and reconcile accounts with suppliers.
Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to agents and internal teams.
Prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
Support business and marketing departments, maintaining communication with shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking vendors.
Organize, manage, and safeguard all shipment-related documentation.
Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor degree (S1) in International Trading, Export Import, Maritime Shipping, Port and Logistics, or related majors.
Must have prior working experience in logistics, shipping, export operations, and document handling.
Must be familiar with US trade lanes / US shipping lines and export procedures to the United States.
Fluent in English is mandatory.
Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and relationship-building skills; strong teamwork mindset.
