Warehouse Leader

About the role

As the Warehouse Leader at Brilliant Think Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations. This full-time, on-site role in Cipondoh is crucial in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials to support the company's manufacturing and logistics activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods

• Implementing and optimising warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy

• Monitoring inventory levels and stock movements, and ensuring accurate stock records are maintained

• Identifying and resolving any operational issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner

• Providing training and development opportunities for the warehouse team to enhance their skills and capabilities

• Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach

• Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment in the warehouse

• Generating reports and analysing data to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Significant experience (3+ years) in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and process improvement methodologies

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team

• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices

• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools

• A proactive and hands-on approach to driving continuous improvement
