Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance (Indonesia Entity)
Handle full sets of accounts in compliance with PSAK.
Perform daily bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Manage payroll, staff claims, reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
Issue invoices, receipts, tally recurring invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare quarterly and annual tax filings (PPh, PPN).
Client Accounting
Prepare full sets of accounts for clients.
Prepare quarterly and annual tax filings (PPh, PPN).
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial & management reports.
Coordinate with clients to gather documents and resolve queries.
Group & Regional Accounting Support
Assist in preparing internal group accounts and consolidation schedules.
Perform intercompany reconciliations.
Support regional accounting tasks as assigned.
Issue invoices, receipts, tally recurring invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Open to learning and growing into wider regional finance responsibilities.
Administration & Office Support
Handle filing, scanning, document organization.
Manage office supplies, vendors, scheduling, travel arrangements.
Support basic HR admin and run office errands when required.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or accounts/admin roles.
Familiar with Indonesian tax & payroll processes (advantage).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Willing to learn and take on regional responsibilities.
Able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
