Asset Management Staff
Job Description:
Maintain and manage records for new assets, transfers, and disposals.
Conduct regular physical inspections and monitor asset performance.
Manage and validate real-time asset inventory data at the head office and across all projects to ensure accurate asset quantities and ownership records.
Prepare periodic reports on the status and condition of company assets.
Develop budgets for asset maintenance and improvement.
Monitor and control budget utilization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Degree in Finance or Accounting.
At least 2 years of experience as an Asset Management Staff.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, basic forecasting, and budgeting.
Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and their implementation, especially within the construction industry.
Basic knowledge of HR and General Affairs is an advantage.
Familiarity with construction workflows will be a plus.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting systems, and administrative work for operational projects.
Willing to regularly visit all Jaya Obayashi project locations.
