Responsibilities:
· Responsible for improving safety to achieve the goal.
· Conducting inspections, investigating incidents, undertaking hazard assessment and assisting in providing health and safety training to the offshore relevant workforce.
· Assist in consulting/coaching the relevant workforce concerning health, environmental and safety procedures, hazard identification, promotional activities and training as a appropriate to stimulate health, environmental and safety awareness.
· Develop insights from safety metrics analysis, contractor self-verification and other findings to advise on emerging risks and improvement opportunities regarding safety and provides direction to improve site safety performance.
· Act as the facilitator for the site to access further safety, health, environment and crisis & continuity management support as appropriate.
Qualifications:
· Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or a recognized field related to HSE.
· Minimum 6 years of working experience working in HSE in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility.
· Minimum having valid AK3 Umum certification and NEBOSH.
· Must have a formal and documented experiences in leading or conducting a hazard analysis and risk assessment in oil & gas or petrochemical facility.
· Must have a formal and documented experiences in leading or participating in an incident investigation.
· Have experience supporting HSE during pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, operation readiness or project-to-operations handover phase of LNG, petrochemical or energy projects.
· Have in-depth understanding of HSE regulatory requirements and international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
