Role Overview:

This role is an Executive-level position within the Corporate Strategy Team, responsible for transforming marketing and content trends into measurable, actionable strategies that directly enhance brand execution across the corporation.

Beyond analysis and reporting, this position will:

  • Lead the bi-weekly marketing and content trend reporting framework

  • Strategically review and elevate brand-level marketing activities

  • Define and drive channel- and platform-specific improvement projects


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Corporate Marketing & Content Intelligence

    • Analyze global and local marketing and content trends

    • Structure platform-level consumer behavior insights

  • Own Bi-weekly Marketing & Content Trend Reporting

    • Lead corporate bi-weekly trend reporting

    • Quantify trends and provide brand application guidance

  • Strategic Review and Enhancement of Brand Marketing

    • Review brand marketing and content execution

    • Identify improvement opportunities and action directions

  • Drive Channel Improvement and Performance Structuring

    • Lead channel and platform improvement initiatives

    • Define common marketing KPIs and comparison frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or strategy roles

    • Experience delivering executive-level trend and performance reports

    • Strong data-driven insight capability

    • Multi-brand and multi-channel strategic experience

  • Preferred:

    • Understanding of digital platforms (TikTok, E-commerce, Social)

    • Experience building marketing performance frameworks
