Retail Senior Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations across retail channels (especially department stores and boutique flagship stores) while leading and developing the Beauty Advisor (BA) team. This role ensures sales target achievement, operational excellence in stores, and strong in-store brand execution aligned with business objectives.
Manage daily sales operations, weekly & monthly performance across assigned retail channels and stores
Execute retail programs, promotions, and in-store campaigns effectively
Conduct regular store visits and ensure store compliance with brand standards, VM guidelines, and SOPs
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to support retail execution
Monitor stock availability (sellable goods and GWP), sell-through, and replenishment needs
Manage BA scheduling, attendance, performance, and discipline
Collaborating with trainer to ensure BA product knowledge, selling skills, and service standards are maintained
Support recruitment, onboarding, and collaboration training of Beauty Advisors
Analyze store and BA performance to identify opportunities and improvement areas
D3 or S1 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail sales operations (area supervisor or store manager), preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry
Proven experience managing field teams or Beauty Advisors
Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and customer experience
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel and conduct frequent store visits
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
