IT Quality Assurance Engineer (Yogyakarta)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse software requirements to define a test plan to ensure the software requirements are fulfilled.

• Create comprehensive and well-structured test scenarios and test cases.

• Create test cases for mobile apps, websites, and web-based systems.

• Perform various test types to ensure software quality.

• Create comprehensive documentation of the test result.

• Work in a team environment, able to collaborate with other team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or any IT-related major.

• Proven experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.

• Adequate knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

• Solid understanding of different testing techniques (e.g., white-box, black-box, performance testing).

• Proficient in using bug-tracking tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus.

• Good team player, able to communicate well to both technical team and non-technical team.
