Requirement :
· Has minimal 10 years of experience in retail buying, category management, brand partnerships, or e-commerce / marketplace category roles.
· Strong experience in owning third-party assortments end-to-end, from brand selection through performance review.
· Has experience building and managing partner brand relationships, including commercial discussions and renewals.
· Able to working with pricing, margins, sell-through, and commercial performance data.
· Able to thinks in terms of assortment strategy, brand fit, and outcomes, not just day-to-day execution.
· Has a strong eye for product and genuine interest in wellness and lifestyle categories.
· Communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and works well across teams.
· Prefers individual ownership and accountability over people management.
· Takes responsibility for commercial results and category performance.
