DATA CENTER PROJECT MANAGER (IDC Project)
Qualification :
• Having Experience more in Outdoor working rather than Indoor in New Building projects & Construction Site at least 3 years
• S1 or Bachelor's degree, Major in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering
• Fluent in English and have good communication skills.
• Able to drive and have a driving license A
• Having good relationship with the construction team.
• Having working experience with the following two companies will be an advantages : T&T or Aurecon
• Must have project management experience in project introduction
Job description :
• Doing Outdoor Working Construction Job, such as : Civil Work, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical.
• Responsible for organizing construction team
• Can coordinate the construction team well
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical matter
• Control project schedule, budget and quality; manage contracts, HSE and documentation
• Strong cross-department, cross-team and multi-stakeholder communication ability
• Effectively identify and manage project risks
• Handle conflicts and remove roadblocks
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
