About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Secretary & Personal Assistant to join our team at PT Draco Internasional. As a full-time position based in South Tangerang Banten, this role will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the executive management team, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and senior leadership team
Organising and managing executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items
Handling all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and coordinating itineraries
Maintaining and updating the company's statutory records, registers and documentation
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with the coordination of corporate events and functions
Providing general office management support as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar corporate secretary or executive assistant role, preferably within a professional services or financial services environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
