What you’ll be doing day to day:
Pick goods according to orders for both walk-in and online customers with accuracy and speed
Pack goods securely using appropriate methods and materials to prevent damages during handout or delivery
Prepare and stage picked and packed orders for customer handout or delivery in a safe and organised way
Contribute to an efficient handout process, ensuring minimal waiting time for customers
Work according to inventory routine in order to maximize stock accuracy to achieve product availability for the customers
Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements within the area of responsibility, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products
Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations within the assigned goods flow process by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples
Be available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required
We want you to be a person who:
Familiarity with outbound processes such as order picking, packing, customer handout and delivery preparation. Desire to work for a values-driven company
Ability to prioritise and organise work duties to secure timely completion of customer orders
Ability to take personal initiative and work responsibly as part of a team
Good personal discipline and attention to detail
Willing to work in shifting schedule with flexible working hours (4 hours per day) & willing to work at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
