Recreation Assistant Manager
Tugas Tanggungjawab:
Merencanakan, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi seluruh aktivitas rekreasi.
Mengawasi operasional harian fasilitas rekreasi seperti wahana extreme, wahana anak dan wahana dewasa.
Mengatur jadwal kerja tim recreation dan memastikan staf menjalankan tugas sesuai SOP.
Memastikan keselamatan tamu dengan menerapkan standar keamanan dan prosedur darurat.
Mengkoordinasikan event, program hiburan, dan aktivitas tamu.
Menangani keluhan tamu dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
Memastikan peralatan dan fasilitas rekreasi dalam kondisi baik dan aman digunakan.
Membantu proses training, evaluasi kinerja, dan pengembangan staf recreation.
Membantu penyusunan laporan operasional, absensi staf, dan kebutuhan inventaris.
