Investigate claims and arbitration cases to ensure fair results.
Ensure customer satisfaction with timely, empathetic, solution-driven responses.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams on recurring issues.
Record and track interactions, complaints, and resolutions per company standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service processes.
Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Persyaratan Pekerjaan :
Bachelor’s Degree in any major, with minimum 1 year experience in customer service (logistics/e-commerce preferred).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with tactful handling of sensitive situations.
Knowledge in complaint handling, conflict resolution, and customer service operations.
Analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays; able to work independently or in a team.
