Procurement & Project Cost Control Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Cross-Border Procurement Execution

   • Independently manage procurement activities with Chinese and Indonesian suppliers

   • Prepare, issue, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) based on project requirements

   • Follow up on pricing, delivery schedules, and execution details with clear ownership

2. End-to-End Logistics & Delivery Control

   • Take full responsibility for shipment tracking from PO issuance to on-site delivery

   • Coordinate directly with suppliers, logistics partners, and project teams

   • Proactively identify and resolve delays, discrepancies, and documentation issues

3. Project-Based Revenue & Cost Tracking

   • Maintain project-level tracking of contract revenue and procurement costs

   • Ensure PO values, contract amounts, and cost records are accurate, consistent, and traceable

   • Support internal project cost reviews and basic financial reconciliation

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

1. Education

   • Bachelor’s degree or above

   • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree will not be considered

2. Language Capability

   • Proficient in Indonesian, English, and Chinese

   • Chinese: fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing

   • Must be able to conduct direct commercial and operational communication with Chinese suppliers

3. Execution & Work Style

   • Able to work independently and close tasks end-to-end

   • Comfortable handling multiple POs and projects simultaneously

   • Detail-oriented, accountable, and numbers-conscious

Preferred Background (Strong Advantage)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related fields

• Experience in procurement, project coordination, supply chain, or engineering-related projects

• Familiarity with PO management, project cost tracking, and basic contract awareness
