Job description:
Identify and target potential customers in domestic transportation/export import services (freight forwarding).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers as well as establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure the best service and pricing.
Maintain detailed sales records and reports, tracking progress and achieve sales target.
Prepare and submit work reports & sales achievement reports.
Requirements:
Having experience as sales/marketing is preferable.
Customer oriented with a focus on developing and maintaining customers relationships.
Good verbal and written communication skills, English is preferred.
Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with customers.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal teams.
Willing to travel as needed.
