About the role
We are looking for a highly capable and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Owner of Wong Hang Tailor, one of Indonesia's most prestigious and long-standing bespoke tailors. Based in our head office in the heart of Jakarta, this full-time position will be integral to ensuring the smooth running of the Owner's daily schedule and personal affairs. If you have exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously, we encourage you to apply.
What you'll be doing
Manage the Owner's diary and schedule, arranging appointments and meetings as required
Provide administrative support such as document preparation, filing and data entry
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
Undertake ad-hoc personal errands and tasks as requested by the Owner
Ensure a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, ideally supporting a high-profile individual
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong computer literacy
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Discreet, professional and able to maintain confidentiality
A proactive, flexible and solutions-oriented approach
