Finance Staff

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Strong knowledge about GL, AR/AP, Financial Statement, Bank Reconciliation

• Excellent in Microsoft office.

• Familiar with taxation will be an added advantage.

• Highly-motivate, detail oriented and well-adaptable

Job Description:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

• Maintaining historical records

• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks

• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
