Product Specialist IT

Responsibilities:

·       Possess strong knowledge of the company’s IT products and solutions

·       Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team

·       Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

·       Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions

·       Prepare technical documentation and solution proposals

·       Coordinate with sales, technical teams, and vendors as a technical liaison

·       Deliver product training to internal teams and clients

·       Stay updated on technology trends and product developments

·       Support initial implementation and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

·       Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields

·       1–3 years of experience as a Product Specialist or IT Presales

·       Strong knowledge of IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud, networking, security, etc.)

·       Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement analysis skills

·       Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills
