· Handle procurement of goods and services
· Manage suppliers/vendors, including price and terms negotiation
· Prepare and manage PR and PO documents
· Monitor deliveries and ensure compliance with specifications
· Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and related departments
· Maintain procurement documentation and reports
· Update product availability on the website
· Understand IT products and tools
· Manage product add-ons through systems (Inaproc, Ayoowork, Accurate, etc.)
· Minimum education: High School, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree
· 1–2 years of procurement experience (fresh graduates welcome)
· Strong negotiation, communication, and administrative skills
· Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications
· Detail-oriented; able to work independently or in a team
· Experience with Accurate Accounting Software is a plus
