Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement, supplier negotiations, and on-time delivery of goods.
Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse efficiency with safety compliance.
Lead logistics teams, including export coordinators, warehouse, and inventory staff.
Supervise export processes, documentation, and compliance with local/international regulations.
Align material availability with production schedules to optimize flow and costs.
Control logistics and supply chain expenses, ensuring efficiency and cost savings.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and shipping partners.
Manage supplier/vendor contracts, performance, and compliance.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity.
Drive process improvements to reduce lead times, cut costs, and boost efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in supply chain/logistics (manufacturing/export preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping, and customs regulations.
Proficient in supply chain software, forecasting, and JIT practices.
Skilled in contract management, risk mitigation, and supplier/vendor relations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
English proficiency preferred.
CSCP/CPIM or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
Willing to be based in Semarang, with flexibility for overtime and travel.
