Head of HRGA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end HRGA functions in alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives.

• Continuously review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems to support operational excellence and governance.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with PPh 21, BPJS regulations, and statutory reporting.

• Handle BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and ensure full regulatory compliance.

• Prepare and analyze HR & payroll reports, including headcount, manpower planning, payroll cost, and turnover.

• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and labor law compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

• Supervise and develop HRGA team members and oversee General Affairs operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related fields.

• 7–10 years of HR experience, with minimum 3 years in managerial / head-level roles (corporate environment).

• Strong expertise in payroll, BPJS administration, and HR compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in IT / FinTech companies is a plus.
