Warehouse Leader (Semarang Area)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control warehouse operations from inbound to outbound to ensure they are in accordance with SOP and run smoothly.

• Create reports on all inbound and outbound transactions.

• Manage company inventory administration records.

• Ensure warehouse security and product quality.

• Ensure stock is in accordance with needs so that there is no shortage of capacity and dead stock.

• Ensure all warehouse work is carried out in accordance with the provisions and work instructions that have been set.

• Count stock (stock opname) every month and conduct cross-checks if there is a discrepancy between the stock count results and the goods on hand.

• Monitor the process and propose improvements that can improve team performance.

• Coordinate with other divisions regarding the distribution of goods delivery
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Previous experience in Warehouse Operations/Inventory is preferred.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advance Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, on weekend and public holiday.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willing to be place in Semarang Area.

• Immediate availability will be a plus.
