Pendidikan minimum S1 Teknik Sipil.
Setidaknya memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.
Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Tekla, Autocad, SAP2000/ETABS Serta program lain yang menunjang pekerjaan.
Bisa Mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Project, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Membuat Analisa Harga Satuan
Menyiapkan Bill of Quantityt (BoQ)
Menyiapkan Schedule pekerjaan, ManPower, Equipment
Menyiapkan dokumen monitoring penggunaan material & alat kerja
Menyiapkan dokumen kelengkapan Teknik untuk tender
Mengerti dan memahami gambar Teknik
Memonitoring progres pekerjaan lapangan.
Menyiapkan dokumen Spesifikasi Teknik untuk project
