Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all Front of House (FOH) operations

• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained

• Train, supervise, and evaluate service staff

• Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively

• Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in a restaurant

• Experience in Middle Eastern / fine dining / casual dining restaurants is a plus

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset

• Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets
