As a Sales Associate at Hafen Logistik Nusantara, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in Jakarta. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company and contribute to its continued success.
What you'll be doing
Develop new customers and understand their needs
Handle customer billing and freight collection
Coordinate shipments with customer service and logistics teams
Negotiate freight pricing with customers
Prepare sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Communication, Marketing, Operations, or Supply Chain Management. Fresh graduates are welcome
Previous customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
A positive, proactive attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile for customers
Own a personal motorcycle or car
Proficient in English or Mandarin (both is a strong advantage)
