Position: Export Import Supervisor
Work Location: Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in any major (preferably in a relevant field)

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an Import-Export Supervisor

• Thorough understanding of the import-export process

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Meticulous, highly motivated, diligent, agile, and responsible

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as understanding customs and surveyor systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Export & Import Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all export and import activities to ensure they run according to schedule, company SOPs, and applicable regulations. Manage the end-to-end process.

• Customs Documentation & Process Management: Prepare, check, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of export-import documents such as PIB, PEB, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and other supporting documents. Input and monitor data in the customs system and surveyor system to support a smooth clearance process.

• Coordination with External Parties: Serve as the main liaison with Customs, surveyors, forwarders, and shipping lines in the clearance and delivery process. Handle clarifications, document verification, and necessary follow-ups with external parties.

• Monitoring Shipments & Handling Obstacles: Monitoring shipment status and lead time on a regular basis. Identifying potential delays or operational obstacles and taking corrective action. Handling export-import issues and being willing to go directly to the port or Customs office when necessary.

• Reporting & Documentation Control: Prepare periodic reports related to export-import activities, shipment status, and document completeness for management needs. Ensure all documents are neatly stored and ready for use for audit or inspection purposes.
