Performance Management Intern

Job Descriptions :

• Support day-to-day performance data management and regular performance appraisals across brands.

• Support internal hiring activities, including scheduling and recapping psychological tests, technical tests, and other assessments.

• Assist with data and documentation for internal audits as part of performance assessment.

• Keep performance data and documents organized, accurate, and easy to access

Job Requirements :

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (Psychology, Management, or related fields).

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and performance data.

• Willing to join a paid internship for 6 months.
