ADMIN IMPORT

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Import to join our dynamic team at PT Putra Mutiara Jaya in Bandung, West Java. This full-time role is integral to the smooth operation of our import/export and customs activities, ensuring timely and compliant processing of all documentation and clearance procedures.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and process all necessary import documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, and other relevant paperwork

2. Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient clearance of imported goods

3. Maintain detailed records of all import activities and transactions

4. Assist with the coordination and tracking of import shipments from origin to destination

5. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the import process

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of import procedures and documentation

7. Provide administrative support to the wider import/export team as required

What we're looking for

2. English Literature / English Education major preferred

3. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

4. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
