Job Summary

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities to fulfill manpower needs of PT Yili Indonesia Dairy, ensuring the availability of qualified, competent, and culturally fit employees to support business operations and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities:

a)     Execute end-to-end recruitment processes based on manpower planning.

b)    Source, screen, and interview candidates for staff and factory positions.

c)     Coordinate user interviews, psychological tests, and medical check-ups.

d)    Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

e)     Organize mass recruitment, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.

f)     Build and maintain talent pools and recruitment databases.

g)    Prepare recruitment reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

h)    Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

a)     Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.

b)    Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience (manufacturing/FMCG preferred).

c)     Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.

d)    Strong communication and coordination skills.

e)     Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet recruitment targets.

f)     Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.

g)    Willing to handle mass recruitment for factory operations.
